Hike Through Norway
Take a hike on the island of Senja, north of the Lofotens. The adventure begins with a two-night stay in the island of Sommarøy, famous for its white-sand beaches. From there, guests will proceed to the fishing village of Mefjordvær, where they will climb the sail-shaped peak of Segla. The last three nights of the tour will be spent in a wooden cabin at Hamn i Senja, a perfect spot to see the midnight sun as well as the northern lights.

Cycle the Balkans
If water sports aren’t exactly your forte take a cycling trip that will take you from Dubrovnik, Croatia to Sarajevo in Bosnia & Herzegovina. This tour is appropriate only for those with reasonable fitness levels, as the longest ride is about 40 miles, and includes cycling along a section of the Ciro Trail, a climb to the Ostrong Monastery in Montenegro, and a ride downhill to Mostar. There are plenty of accommodation options in basic but decent hotels in the area.

Try Snowshoeing in Romania
The latest addition to our list of adventures trips is snowshoeing in the Apuseni Mountains in Romania. The trip includes two days of snowshoeing, a short hike, cave explorations, and a visit to a local family to learn more about their life in the mountains. As far as accommodation goes, you can sleep in a nearby hamlet that can be reached by a horse-drawn sled.

Go on an All-Women’s Fitness Retreat in Portugal
This out of the ordinary fitness trip to Albufeira on the Algarve includes several activities, beginning with a 7 AM walk or run, followed by a wellness workshop at 9 AM. Beach circuits, weights, and more than 18 other classes are conducted from 10 AM to 1 PM and yoga or pilates by 5 PM. This may seem like a hectic schedule, but there is still plenty of time to relax at the beach or explore Albufeira for the rest of the day.
