These drivers won’t walk away without leaving a passive-aggressive note on the car’s windshield expressing to them exactly how they feel. Some of the notes that people leave are downright outrageous. You’ve got to see them for yourself and hope that you don’t find one of these on your car.
The Political Notes
It’s all fun and games until politics are involved. It must take a truly atrocious parking job for somebody to pull out a move like this. First, they called the driver of the car “special.” Next, they assume that the person must be a supporter of Republicans if he parked that poorly. Clearly, this person associates cheeky and arrogant drivers with this political party, which is understandable but we won’t get into that.
We’re curious to know which party the person who parked the vehicle actually affiliates with. Also, this note looks more like a label that somebody has printed professionally and not simply designed at home… so we’re starting to get suspicious.
How-To-Guide on Parking
Wow. It’s no wonder that the owner of this home was so frustrated after coming home to find that he was unable to park in his driveway because somebody parked in front of it. They were so aggravated by the situation that they wrote out parking instructions for the driver and even sketched a little map.
If the driver still parks there the next day, then he’s either got a whole lot of nerve or he can’t read English or the picture. It seems like with that last line, they’re equating the driver to somebody with special needs. They even give them a tip on how to shower in case the person is lacking that knowledge as well.
That Smiley Face Though
We imagine that this is the last time this person is going to park here. Consider yourself warned, which is what this note basically means. The person who wrote this note is clearly passive aggressive, but they also seem like they mean business and that they aren’t afraid to take action where and when it’s necessary.
We must say that they write their letter in a pretty sound manner. They start off with a solid fact that cannot be refuted- the parking spot belongs to them. And then they dive headfirst into a warning; that they’ve recorded the driver’s license plate. Then they give a detailed account of what they’re going to do should the driver park in their spot again. They warn that they’ll Vaseline the door handles and call the tow truck. Whether or not they’ll actually take this action is unclear but that isn’t something I’d be willing to risk if I was the driver. And their passive aggressiveness is most obvious when they sign the note with a smiley face. An epic move.
An Incomplete Confession
Wow, this Jack guy pulled off a move that’s even worse than a hit and run. Although he left a note for the owner of the car confessing that he hit his car, he neglected to leave one pretty major detail; his contact information. And worst of all, he did this on purpose. Apparently, Jack had no intention of even leaving a note at all but because there was a witness to the accident he felt pressure to write something. Leaving a note like this is way ruder than parking in the middle of two spots and even worse than taking up somebody’s newly plowed spot. Can you imagine the owner’s reaction when he saw this? Even if he was having the best day and eating chocolate ice cream with sprinkles, he’d still be in rage mode.
As drivers, we all have the responsibility of owning up to our mistakes and taking responsibility for our actions. Sadly, the witness thought that Jack was leaving his information for the driver. We doubt that he went to check. Karma will come to find Jack soon and he will pay for his actions.
An Afternoon Snack
Although their message isn’t completely legible, we can imagine that the driver must have done something pretty bad to get the peanut butter treatment. It seems like it’s going to take quite some time cleaning the peanut butter off of the car. Plus, there are two separate notes on the car… so that really must be one heck of a parking job they did. We hope that the driver of this car was able to rub off enough of the peanut butter to be able to safely drive the car to the car wash.
If the people who did this were hoping that by doing this, the car would move from the spot faster, well they kind of screwed themselves over with this one. The peanut butter car might be stuck there for a while if the driver has a hard time cleaning off the peanut buttery goodness. If it was my car, I’d grab a couple of slices of bread, some jelly, and call some friends over for a peanut butter and jelly sandwich party. Making lemonade out of lemons, ya know?
Parking Pig
If you live in this neighborhood then you better take good care of how you park. Otherwise, you may end up as the pig of the neighborhood and the laughing stock of the internet. It seems like there’s a very crabby driver in the neighborhood who’s become quite the snitch. He roams around calling people out for their parking faults. Take up too much space? End up as the pig!
From the looks of this note, it doesn’t seem like it takes so much to get one of these pasted to your windshield. Well, seeing a note like this first thing in the morning is no way to start your day, but at least it isn’t too aggressive.
Coloring Page
Another genius parking note! This person thought that practicing coloring in the lines would help this person park better. Although we are sure that they really meant this as a passive-aggressive nod and more like “you’re a sucky parker,” if I got this in my windshield, I would totally take it home and color it.
The person who left this note has probably left it before. In fact, it isn’t a bad idea to keep some of these notes in your car for when the time comes to use one. We think we’ll print some off ourselves.
I’m Begging You
This note seems to be one that was left by the owner of the car himself. He’s in a pickle of a situation in which he’s waiting for his new parking sticker to arrive but in the meantime, he keeps getting ticketed. He is leaving this note to plead with the policeman not to give him a ticket. He uses some guilt tripping to share that he is very broke and sick of getting ticketed over and over again.
We do feel for this car owner, but it is their fault for waiting to organize their parking sticker at the last minute. If they had paid for their sticker when it was due, they wouldn’t be dealing with this issue now. They do mention being broke though, so maybe that’s what prevented them from doing so. This is a pretty good lesson for all of us to just pay our bills in time so we don’t run into these issues.
The Golden Ticket
This person is the winner of the coveted golden ticket! They should be so proud of themselves, says the very sarcastic and passive-aggressive person who left them this note. We are just surprised that it took over a month for somebody to leave a note for this person! That is some nerve to keep parking like this for so long.
We are sure that the person who left them this award felt a significant amount of satisfaction when they left this congratulatory note for something awful that the parker was doing. Well, judging by the fact that they’ve been there for that long, there’s a chance that they really don’t care so much about other people and that they’ll continue this behavior for a long time to come.
We’re All Human
Not all parking notes that people leave come off as aggressive. Some people simply just want to relay the message to a fellow driver that there are other drivers out there and that it would be nice for them to be more considerate. The person who wrote this note wanted to notify the driver that they should be more considerate of others on the road, because after all, they aren’t bloody sardines.
It seems like this note probably wasn’t written in the United States. Americans don’t go around using the term “bloody sardines.” Seems like something that a Brit would say. And anyways, Americans would be way more vulgar than that.
Office Space
If you didn’t get it, this is a reference to the comedy movie Office Space. The scene depicted in this note is from Office Space and it’s a scene that became a viral meme. A lot of people would pick up on the reference but it would be pretty awkward if the person who parked their car didn’t understand it!
We really love this drawing and think that it’s pretty impressive, despite that it’s just a stick figure! Bravo to the artist for their work and also for relaying their message in a unique and non-confrontational way. They must reference movies a lot in their daily life.
Here’s How It’s Done
This frustrated neighbor took it upon himself to explain to his parking neighbor how to properly park his car so as not to screw him over and the guy to the left of his spot. He explains how it’s done in a very non-judgemental manner, and in a way where you can tell he’s simply wanting to explain to the guy how to successfully park.
You can tell that the guy doesn’t have any animosity in him and is pretty caring because he also brings up the guy next to him. There is a nice way to explain these things after all!
Save It For The Track
Now, this is a note that I appreciate. It’s extremely rude and inconsiderate when somebody revs up their engine so early in the morning, all the while waking up their entire neighborhood. I never understood why people do this. Does it give them the sense that they’re cool? Ugh people’s need to be seen and heard. Or do they think that it’s necessary to warm up their engine like this? Whatever their reason, it isn’t a good enough excuse.
It seems like the entire neighborhood has a problem with this person and we can understand why. Their note isn’t necessarily rude and they do tell them that revving up the engine like this is bad for the truck. So, maybe they’re just trying to give him some friendly neighborly advice while also trying to gain some more shut-eye for them and the neighbors.
A Noisy Issue
We’ve got to say- this one is all too familiar to us. Everybody has lived near somebody with a noisy vehicle at one point or another. There is nothing more frustrating than getting woken up by it in the middle of the night, or when it goes off and you’re trying to put your children to sleep. What’s even more annoying is that the person doesn’t do anything to fix their car!
Clearly, that’s the reason why an alarm keeps going off. There’s a problem with the vehicle and it needs to be taken in. It seems like they don’t consider the fact that they aren’t the only one living and breathing on their street!
Park In Two Spots You Lose
Although it’s very obnoxious when people park in two spots and is deserving of a ticket, the person who wrote this letter is equally as obnoxious and deserving of punishment. We aren’t saying that it’s okay to take up two spaces, but it’s also not okay to hit and run. Anybody who’s been in preschool knows that two wrongs don’t make a right.
That being said, we are sure that this driver has learned his lesson and isn’t going to take up two spots again. Still, this passive-aggressive note is way over the line.
Mock shift Parking Spot
It would be beneficial to keep some chalk in the car so that in the case you see somebody trying to pull off a move like this, you’ll be ready. I’m not sure what people are thinking when they try and pull off something like this. What caused this person to park like this? Either they are a complete narcissist who thinks they run the world, or, they were driving under the influence and assumed that they were parking in between the parking lines. If it’s the former reason, then they are just completely careless for those around them.
They are inconveniencing at least two people and even more if they keep their car there for a while. We’re happy that somebody was around with a piece of chalk to put them in their place at least. Maybe this will teach this dude that he should park like the rest of us.
Public Trans for the Win
We are big fans of this windshield note. First of all, we totally believe that public transportation will solve a lot of world problems. Okay, maybe not solve, but definitely help! And secondly, if more people rode the bus, there would be less horrible parkers out there. The author of this note is proposing a good question here. Should bad parkers be forced to take the bus?
And are these cards available for purchase? Because, they’ve got an interested customer, ME! I love these cards as a way to tell people that they need to take others more into consideration. I would love to use some of these! Would you?
Step One
There are a few basic things you need to learn about driving. The first is the traffic symbols. The second is about parking. Like, not to park in front of somebody else’s driveway. Apparently, this person needs a lesson on driving again. Perhaps they weren’t aware that they parked in front of somebody’s driveway.
In that case, they should probably go to an eye doctor. Or maybe it was dark out. In that case, they need some better car lights. Who’s down to start a GoFundMe to help pay for their car school so they can learn all that they don’t know or remember about driving. I’m willing to start the fund.
Scammers
We know we’ve already shown you one like this, but it seems to be a trend among drivers these days! How awful is this? It’s even worse than not leaving any kind of note (which is also horrible). Do people live their daily lives in such intense fear that their insurance will skyrocket? Or are people driving without insurance?
Whatever it is, there is no excuse to act like this! This is making me believe that the world is filled with many insolent chumps!
You Suck
A lot of people always say that they wish that there was a like and dislike button in real life. Well, hold your horses, there is now. This person printed off a picture of the Facebook Dislike icon and is apparently using them where they are deserved, to rate people’s parking. This is very well-used. We aren’t showing you all of this note, but that’s for your own good. You get the gist of it.
Can you think of other social media trends that would make for good passive-aggressive notes? We are going to print some of these off… but maybe only the dislike part. So we can start taping them to people we don’t like.
Snap Into Reality
We agree with this note and we’re glad that somebody had the courage to write it. Apparently, some expensive car wrongly parked in a spot saved for disabled drivers. A lot of wealthy people think that they’re entitled to park where they want. But there’s a reason why disabled spaces exist and it’s for disabled people and not rich owners of BMW’s.
The writer of this note used the guilt trip route to bring their grandma into the mix. They let them know that now grandma might be left walking from far. This is definitely a good reality check for the owner of the vehicle and we hope that he takes it to heart.
Meet Spot
We’ve got to say, this parking note is a cute one. I might have to make some of these for myself to put on people’s cars. Somebody must have done a very lousy parking job to get this note put on their car.
The person who typed up this note must get really enraged by other drivers considering that he went on his computer to design this note and has them on hand in his car. And this driver must have done a very poor job parking to get this note on his windshield. Although we aren’t sure how much of a “punishment” it is considering that spot the dog is very adorable. I personally wouldn’t be so mad to find one of these on my windshield and it wouldn’t do such a good job at teaching me my lesson for next time.
Frozen
Have you seen the movie Frozen? Well, this is the real-life car version. When this car got a ticket for being parked there for too long, the owner wrote a note replying to the ticket explaining that his door is frozen shut and he can’t open the car to move it. It looks like his car might be stuck there for a while! We do give him credit for at least trying to avoid a ticket.
There are several ways to unfreeze your door and even things you can do to prevent your car door from freezing. This driver would benefit from learning them.
Parking Disaster
Ha. Ha. This is a funny one. This person left a note for the driver of this car, equating their parking skills to that of Katrina. Hurricane Katrina was almost 15 years ago, and as fatal as it was, you can’t help but laugh at jokes like this by this point. Of course, the joke is insensitive, but so are a lot of other things out there. Does that make it okay? No. But is this person’s parking job probably deserving of some insensitive humor? Probably.
Hopefully, this made him aware that there are other people around him and that he should be more considerate.
I damage, You Pay
Is this person living in a world where he thinks he’s the only one exists? Well, that’s what it seems like from his letter. If he disapproved of this guy’s parking job in such a drastic way, why didn’t he just go find himself another parking spot instead of risking the chance of damaging both cars? That’s a whole other issue that we aren’t going to dive too deeply into.
We hope that the guy didn’t end up calling up this contemptible human because he may have ended up paying a lot for doing nothing. And based off of their rude attitude, they might try and haggle a lot more money out of them.
Even Grumpy Cat Is Mad At You
If you are scared of cats, then this is one you won’t want to mess with. This isn’t your average cat. This cat doubles as the parking police. The owner of this parking spot decided to make the most of his artistic hand and drew a cute but intimidating picture to warn other drivers from parking in his spot. The consequence? Getting towed. There aren’t much worse things in life than getting towed. Those of you who have been towed know this to be a fact of life.
This is a cute and creative way to warn somebody of the potential to get towed, and is actually quite considerate of the person considering they left this note instead of going ahead and calling a tow truck. If I found this in my windshield, I’d be very grateful that the person didn’t actually tow me. I would also not park in the spot again. You know what they say, kill em’ with kindness. And you know what, I might just share this on my social media while I’m at it. Who doesn’t love a grumpy old cat?
Mistake Child
Ha! What a note. The person who left this note thinks that this car owner’s life was, in fact, a mistake. Although it’s pretty extreme to wish upon somebody that they weren’t born, we get the idea from this that the person was probably parked that poorly to make somebody put this note on their car. Man, we wish we could see a picture of how the car was parked.
We can imagine in our minds what the parking looked like. This note also makes us imagine other things but we won’t get into that right now.
That’s A Paddlin’
What a good reference to a classic Simpsons joke! Can you say throwback? If we’re speaking about throwbacks, the old man just said that everything he’s done has ended in a “paddlin.” This driver can consider himself warned. It’s never acceptable to park in somebody else’s spot. Parking spots are part of somebody’s property, it’s something that they own or pay for. Taking their parking spot isn’t much different than parking on somebody’s front lawn. It’s just something you don’t do. When you live in an apartment complex, there’s a reason why the parking spots are marked.
It’s so residents know which spot is theirs and they don’t make the mistake of parking in somebody else’s spot. So, don’t commit the same crime as this guy did, because you definitely don’t want to get this kind of letter put on your windshield! Or do you…
Autobots Rollout!
You know you’ve got some major problems when Optimus Prime isn’t a fan of your parking skills. The big rig turned robot fighting for humans, sees this parking villain as a bigger risk than Megatron. We hope that the parker understood how much he angered Optimus Prime and either never parked poorly again or enrolled himself in his local driving school.
Nobody wants a whole team of Autobots to come back and have justice served. Scratch that, we would run to theaters to see that film.
Potato Gang
The last thing you want to do is upset the potato gang. This parker seems to have done exactly that and now the potato gang is here to seek their revenge. We appreciate a note like this; it gets its point across without being overly rude. We hope that a nicer and funnier note like this would be effective.
Plus, it is written that the potato gang will bring out their produce next time and I don’t think anybody would want to face up against that. Bananas, carrots, and celery can get pretty intimidating!
How to Park
The person who left this note was so angered by somebody’s parking job, that they insisted on leaving them how-to-instructions to prevent a bad parking job from happening again. They illustrate how to park in a very clear manner. You pull straight into the parking spot, and not diagonally like this person apparently did.
We hope that these instructions make sense to the person who parked here. But if considering that they did pull in diagonally, we can imagine that they aren’t the most intelligent of the bunch. This should serve as a lesson to everybody not to make this same parking mistake. Do you hear that? Good.
You Aren’t The Only One
Am I the only one not carrying around these printable parking notes? I think I need to start. It seems like everybody has these in the glove compartment of their car in case the need arises. They may even have several types of cards for different scenarios.
Unfortunately (or fortunately) most people don’t prepare themselves to get this annoyed at other drivers. Especially like this person did. They took some significant time out of their day to create these little cards, choosing the specific font and colors of the cards. This is the last kind of person whose bad side I would want to get on… I wouldn’t want one of these cards making its way to my windshield.
Wrong Block
We’ve got to say that this note is 100% justified. If this person doesn’t even live on this block, then their car shouldn’t be there. Plus, it’s a law that a car can’t be parked in the same spot for 72 hours… so yea, this car shouldn’t even legally still be there! Maybe the owner of the car lost his car and isn’t able to find it. Who leaves their car parked on a random street for so long?
Hopefully, they’ll find their car before it gets towed and they never come park in this part of town again.
Free Labor
If you live in a snowy place, then you know how difficult it is to shovel the snow outside in the cold. You’re out there with the high wind chill burning your face to such an extent that you can’t even move it and your fingers feel like they’re developing frostbite despite the -20 degree weather outside. But, you have no choice. You have to shovel the snow so that you can park your car.
Can you imagine the horror of coming home and seeing that somebody has assumed your parking spot as their own? That somebody has reaped the benefits of all your hard work? That must be very disheartening. We must say, the note that they left the parking spot stealer isn’t as ruthless as it could have been. They could have called the tow truck but they decided to spare them. We hope that this driver has the heart not to try to pull this move off again and that if they do, that the right action is taken against them.
I’ll Monster Truck You
There are few things worse than when a car blocks you in. It can really ruin your entire day and make you very late to work. In this person’s case, it clearly had a very negative impact on their morning, as seen by the intimidating note that they left. We are wondering how they have access to a monster truck. Perhaps he is referring to a tow truck.
You can be sure that if this car blocks in this person again, there will be serious consequences. The note writer doesn’t seem to care about what impounding will do for the car owner. He will not hesitate and to be honest, we don’t blame him. We know just how much that can ruin your day.
Parking Pig
Please Don’t Reproduce If you really can’t stand somebody, then there’s no better way of expressing that to them than saying “please don’t reproduce.” Well, one driver apparently loathed the way another driver parked and decided to leave him a note along with a condom for safe sex. This is one hilarious prank.
Although most people probably wouldn’t take this amount of effort just to express their contempt with another person’s driving skills, this driver felt that a simple handwritten note wasn’t good enough. He had to go the extra mile. What we are wondering, though, is who has condoms on hand like this? Does this driver have these on standby in case he has to leave notes like this? Or is it for other things… well at least he’s being safe!
Parking Blind
Now, this is one rude and offensive windshield note. This person’s parking may have been comically bad, but it definitely doesn’t justify leaving a comment such as this. Comparing their parking to Stevie Wonder is pretty offensive. Even if the person’s parking job was so bad, this comment is very insensitive.
Nowadays, people get into a lot of trouble for making comments like this. What do you think? Is it funny or downright wrong?
When You Gotta Go…
When suddenly the urge comes on to go to the bathroom, you don’t always have time to look for a parking spot and go to the bathroom. Often times, you need to just leave your car wherever you can and run to find a bathroom. When this guy suddenly had to go, they wrote a quick note sharing their honest truth and hoped that they didn’t get a ticket.
We really hope that a policeman did come across this car parked in an illegal spot and decided to be kind and let it slide. I mean come on, having to poop is a natural urge! It’s not a crime and shouldn’t be ticketed. You can’t fault somebody for that.
Busted
We have seen many annoying behaviors on this list, but this one takes the cake. Hitting someone’s car and not leaving a note is definitely high on our jerk-o-meter. Accidents happen, but it is basic human decency to leave a note with your details and take responsibility for your mistakes. Whoever hit this car didn’t do that, but luckily there was someone around who saw the whole thing and took matters into their own hands.
Now when the person calls their insurance company, they will at least have some basic information about who caused the damage.
With Hate
Speaking of sarcasm, this next note took it all the way. Instead of using harsh words or cursing whoever moved their bins to park, they were super polite, but somehow the message still came shining through.
Honestly, it would make anyone mad if someone moved their trash cans and kept them from being emptied. Just in case the recipient of the note got confused by all the kind words and the heart decoration, the sign off could not be clearer.
Don’t Park Here Maybe
Carly Rae Jepsen’s song and music video “Call Me Maybe?” were an enormous hit in 2012, with a tune that you just couldn’t get out of your head. Seems like that was the case for the person who left this note and decided to use the pop hit in an unusual way.
The note starts with the catchy chorus but quickly takes a turn and displays the note leaver’s intense anger. Still. It is a clever way to get someone’s attention and hopefully get your message across.
Your Lucky Day
Sometimes people act like jerks or even do something slightly illegal. In life, there are often consequences for these types of actions but sometimes you just get lucky. That is what happened to this parker who apparently left their car in a way that made it eligible to be towed.
Luckily for them, the person who needed that parking spot was just too tired to deal with it. Hopefully, they have learned their lesson and will be more considerate next time, but probably not...
We All Scream – At This Guy
There is nothing quite like cold ice cream on a hot summer day. This poor guy just wanted to share that experience with his family on a lazy Saturday, but his plans went awry because someone decided to double park their brand-new Nissan Altima.
The ice cream man was forced to park two blocks away, which meant that by the time he arrived all that was left of his delicious treats was ice cream soup. It’s a good thing he let this driver know the consequences of his actions.
Parking Indecision
We have no idea why this woman is displaying this note so proudly with a smile on her face. We would not be as thrilled as her to know that our neighbors hate us and think we are inconsiderate. If you can’t tell, this is another reference to the Carly Rae Jepsen song, “Call Me Maybe.”
It reads “Hey, I don’t know you, and this is crazy, but there are a million spots, so pick one, maybe?” Hopefully, she is smiling at the hilarity of the note and is resolving to fix the error of her ways.
Brace Yourselves
Although 'Game of Thrones' had aired its last episode, we are not going to risk any spoilers for the books which turned into a hit television series, pretty much followed by every person on the planet. Instead, we will just explain the note that was left on this windshield.
On the show, the Lannisters are famously known for executing anyone who gets in their way. Accordingly, whoever parked here should definitely feel threatened and start watching their backs.
Sir Rex
The person who wrote this note has a way with words and also quite clearly a sense of humor. They put their complaints in extremely courteous words. Making sure that the whole matter was as civilized as possible. Even though car alarms going off for no reason is one of the most aggravating things on the planet.
You can plainly see that Sir Tyrannosaurus Rex is a dinosaur of elegant breeding and habits, just check out the top hat and wine glass.
Feeling Like a Star
Sarcasm is the perfect outlet to deal with a person who habitually blocks the path people use to walk on.
However, if you look at the note, you may notice that it is written in all caps, it’s pretty clear that the writer does not think everything is awesome and is suggesting that if the car gets damaged during their epic slides, it’s not their problem!
Winter is Coming
Just like in the hit series 'Game of Thrones', the arrival of winter is something we all need to be aware of. Bad, and especially snowy, the weather should be taken into account when you spend a great deal of time on the road. Temperatures may drop rapidly, and snow and ice can make driving a treacherous undertaking.
It is important to keep a cool head and take precautions. That seems to be the case for the writer of this message. Although he was aggravated, he kept his head and made the message simple and polite.
A Particular Set of Skills
Whoever wrote this note has certainly taken some cues from Liam Neeson’s convincing portrayal in the movie Taken. They have clearly seen this film a few times too many and have learned this monologue by heart. Although to be fair, in the film Neeson plays a father whose daughter was kidnapped and is trying to get her back.
Here the threats are directed at someone who can’t park, but nonetheless, if they don’t follow instructions, they will be found and – boxed in!
Nothing to Steal Here
Despite the fact that this is not a note that was left on someone’s windshield, but a note that was generated by the car owner, it still belongs on this list, because it is awesome. This hard to read note states: “I have nothing of value in my car, but thanks for checking anyway.”
This is the appropriate response when your car keeps getting broken into. Whoever owns the car is clearly sick of fixing the window, so they decided to get their message across in a humorous way.
Dogg Please
From the location and tone of this message, it seems like this is not the first time this driver has been asked to not park their car there. We guess they just don’t care. There are few things more exasperating than getting home from work in the evening and finding that your designated spot, which is clearly marked, has been taken.
Your best options are leaving a note or maybe even getting it towed, but if that doesn’t work, hey this is good too.
Simple Instructions
In some cases, going into a lot of detail is simply unnecessary. When you are trying to convey a message, direct and to the point can be better. That way there is no place for crossed signals and what you want is entirely clear. This note sender did not muddle things up with 'please' and 'thank yous'.
Instead, they went the no-frills, all caps route. Then they took their note out into the rainy day and all just to make sure that this driver understood what they had done wrong.
Don’t Break Glass
Recently, there have been many reports of tragedies that took place when pets or babies were left in cars in the summer heat with no ventilation, and overheated within minutes. The coverage has even encouraged some states to pass laws that allow passersby to break the window if they see a pet inside and let the poor creatures out.
The person who owns this car knew that people may get worried and spring to action, so he left this sign to reassure them. We’re only left wondering what that dog’s favorite music is.
Let the Games Begin
The horror movie 'Saw' was such a big hit that six sequels were made. If you have not seen them, they are about a killer named jigsaw who wears a mask and makes people play games, with deadly consequences. We won’t tell you any more, but now this windshield note should make a little more sense.
The person who owns this car is clearly sick of the little payment slips you have to leave on your windshield or risk getting a ticket. They have decided it’s time to make the traffic warden play a little game with them...
Gotcha
When you’re on the way back to your car and you see a yellow rectangle attached to your windshield, it just makes your heart drop. You start calculating how much it’s going to cost you in your head and it just pretty much ruins your day.
Given that this girl had parked her car in a rude and thoughtless way, she may have been expecting someone to leave a note. But it takes some kind of evil genius to come up with this sort of sweet revenge.
Just Letting You Know
It must be nice for this note to be the first thing you see in the morning before getting in your car to go to work. Or at anytime, for that matter.
Not only do you not want to imagine two animals mating on your car, but you start to seriously wonder whether the person that left this note was trying to be friendly or cheeky. But hey, apparently it was important enough for them to leave a note!

This person was considerate enough to leave a free snack along with his note. While the 'STOP PARKING HERE' message is pretty clear, the hilariously placed slices of bread on the windshield should soften the blow of the note.
At least the car owner can make themselves a nice sandwich at home tonight while they look for a new parking space.
Getting Creative
While this note is definitely one of the more passive-aggressive ones, you do have to give its creator credit for creativity. Instead of simply writing 'bad parking', this person decided to go the extra mile and get poetic.
And not only did they go through the trouble of printing an actual note, but they added a cute, colorful drawing of a ferret. We think it'd be safe to say that cynicism is this person's strong suit.
Let That Be a Lesson
This note is perfect for people who need to learn the consequences of their actions. Somehow, we doubt this little note would do the trick but we'll let this driver enjoy the benefit of the doubt.
When you write an angry-yet-funny note, you get that note posted online. When you get that note posted online, it turns viral. When it turns viral, you make people laugh. When you make people laugh, that note becomes a little less angry and a little more funny. Good job.
Happy Bad Parking Day!
This car was parked at a workplace, and badly so. Apparently, the driver managed to park a single car in two parking spots reserved for other people, which obviously triggered a delightfully angry response by his coworkers.
We always say that fighting is best done with glitter. This party car is going to take hours to clean, making the driver fully regret acting like an idiot. Our only question is how did they get the balloons inside the car and what exactly are they filled with?
Big Brother Is Watching
Acting like an idiot when you think no one is watching is one thing. Acting like an idiot when you think no one is watching and hitting someone else's car in the process is a different thing. The driver who got this note obviously belongs in the second group.
Good thing that someone called that driver out for having no road manners and taught them a lesson. Someone had to do it at some point.
Doing Business
Is that a... business card? Did someone actually go through all the trouble of fashioning a stack of custom made business cards to pass around whenever they come across a badly-parked car?
Also, if Jesus in fact took tapdancing classes, we don't think he would appreciate you using his talent to shame other people for their terrible parking skills.
Friendly Neighbors
There are so many things we like about this picture and this note. First, the choice of paper. We know how to appreciate good office supply when we see it. Then, there is the lovely informal "Yo" introduction.
And finally, after appreciating the paper and friendliness, we can appreciate the good neighborly relationships in this apartment complex. You'd have to be pretty close with your neighbor to let them know their car stinks.
Rise of the Memes
Memes have become so much bigger than just a form of internet humor. They're basically a state of mind at this point. We don't see why they couldn't be left on windshields to express our disapproval of people's parking habits.
We thank this meme-ster for taking memes to the next step of their plan to take over the world, and educating bad drivers while they're at it.
Simply Put
Some people can't be bothered with signs or regulations. They see an open spot — they park. They need a third party to put things in their faces or they will keep spacing out and ignore specific instructions. This note is just for that kind of people.
We feel like students' lives are hard enough as it is. Adding parking problems on top of assignments, student loans, and social life is just what they need to fall into the waiting arms of the nervous breakdown monster.
Sign Language
The layers of things not making sense are reaching epic proportions in this picture. Let's start with the bad driver. A person under the impression that they are so much better than anyone else they don't have to follow the rules of civilization.
Now we can move on to the sign. We know it's there to deter people from parking illegally, but it looks like someone took that one step further and executed the sentence singlehandedly. They must be in great shape to pull the sign off the ground and slam it through a car window like that.
Super Parking
It seems that taking up two parking spaces with one car makes you a supervillain. Why else would a superhero feel compelled to intervene? Good thing the superhero in question is so friendly — Superman would have simply picked up the car and put is somewhere else.
As friendly as Spiderman is, you don't want to make him ask you twice. The driver should be grateful for not finding his door handles webbed-shut.
Feeling Lonely
Pens and papers are relatively easy to find when you need to scribble a quick note. We all have store receipt or a spare piece of paper lying around in our bag. But produce? That's much harder to come by.
This note taped to a cucumber taped to a windshield wiper blade was found in the parking lot of a coffee shop. The person behind this note has gone to great lengths to make sure this driver doesn't feel lonely and knows not to park that way ever again.
Opposite Day
The way we see it, this note is a double-edged sword. On one hand, you get to ironically let someone know they are bad drivers (someone should, it might as well be you). On the other hand, you give them your phone number, which can't be too much of a smart move.
When you think about it, it actually has quite the potential. Can you imagine that phone call? The two starting to ironically chat on the phone and ultimately fall in love? What a story for the grandchildren!
Lazy Pants
In some cases it's okay to be lazy. It's okay to be lazy enough to get stuck in front of a TV show you don't like just because you can't be bothered to get up and look for the remote. It's okay to be lazy enough to wear your pajamas to work because you weren't in the mood on laundry day.
It is not okay to be lazy enough to park your car in a handicap spot just because you don't feel like spending a few more minutes looking for a parking spot you are legally allowed to use.
Post-Traumatic
Getting a parking ticket is a hassle. Getting your entire car covered with post-it notes publically shaming you for parking in a handicap spot is even a bigger hassle, though a well-deserved one.
We hope that the driver was greeted with a crowd of booing people.
Driving Miss Keller
Calling this window message a note is kind of a stretch as there are no pens and papers involved. Then again, if the writer was truly under the impression they were writing for the blind, this could be the way to do it.
As inspirational as Helen Keller was for women, children, the deaf, and the blind, we doubt she ever thought that she would be an inspiration to those educating bad drivers.
Vicious Van
People have the most ridiculous fears and phobias. There is Turophobia (fear of cheese), Alektorophobia (fear of chickens), and even Arachibutyrophobia (fear of peanut butter sticking to the roof of the mouth)!
Apparently, fear of cars is also a thing and it's called Ochophobia. But honestly, some vans can be creepy enough even if you're not suffering from a crippling fear of vehicles. How else would you explain this note?
Social Studies
This note was obviously thought out. Someone took the time to phrase that text (note the semicolon! you don't see those every day, let alone on windshield notes), type it, print it, and stick it under a wiper blade.
Clearly, the note writer considers themselves as an important and active part in that society they keep preaching about.
Getting Schooled
This note might as well be in the dictionary under the definition of "passive-aggressive". That's how 'textbook' it is. In fact, we are sure it is being taught in passive-aggressive schools across the country. But we are also sure that passive-aggressive schools are a thing so it is on you to decide if you want to take our word for it.
"Hello yes, is this passive-aggressive school? Great. I would like to enroll. I'll be expecting my angry parking notes starter pack to arrive in the mail in two weeks."
Chicago vs New York
Moving to a new city is never simple. Things as mundane as going to the supermarket can turn into an alienating experience. Apparently, parking etiquette is also something you need to learn.
Luckily for this new neighbor, someone was kind enough to show them the ropes.
Jesus He Knows Me
For the sake of those confused by the cryptic cursive writing, the note reads "Dear fellow Christian, the lawns of homeowners on this street are not public parking. Please "love thy neighbor" by getting off my grass."
As much as we appreciate the kind language, we doubt those good Christian manners are the way into this parking bandit's heart.
Small Car, Big Trouble
Often romanticized thanks to their round, whimsical design, Volkswagen Beetles simply look too cute to perform any kind of law violation or adventurous rides. Otherwise, James Bond would have driven one a long time ago.
But this little beetle, or at least the person driving it, is not as friendly as it looks. Good thing that someone took it upon themselves to educate this parking punk.
Mixed Signals
We are confused about this note. At first, it sounds like the car parked in front of this man's house is too much of an eye-sore to be there. And then the tables turn.
Why would the guy not want his house to look better than it actually is? Can somebody (preferably the person who got the note) tell him that it's actually a good thing?
Straight Forward
Many of the notes on this list beat around the bush with witty text, irony, humor, or even drawings. Not this person right here. This person is big on telling it like it is and making a clear message.
We have a feeling that when this person wants to leave a romantic note for their significant other it goes a little something like this: "I like you, bring wine for dinner." There is not much sentiment there but the message is definitely clear.
Concerned Party
When most people take it upon themselves to write an angry windshield note, they make sure their intentions and aggression are crystal clear. Not This one. This note writer was only trying to look out for a fellow human.
It sounds like this empathetic person would make a good friend and generally a better human than most.
The Nicest Possible Way
We have a very clear mental image of the person writing this note. We can see him coming back home from work, surprised to find a different car parked in his spot, and starting to practice what he learned in anger management.
He then takes three deep breaths, counts to ten, parks somewhere else, and proceeds to calmly write his feelings on a piece of paper that promptly gets slammed on the culprit's car.
Online Course
You can learn anything online these days. From knitting to a full degree in sociology — everything is on the internet today. And Looking at this note, apparently, you can also learn how to put a curse on someone's car.
What we thought was exceptionally amusing here is the fact that this angry note was written on such friendly stationary filled with cartoon animals.
WWJP?
This person is trying to appeal to someone's better nature using Jesus, but it looks like they decided to switch strategies halfway through writing their message.
So what started as an attempt to use the fear of God just shifted into a tired, matter-of-fact style of writing. It's amazing how much you can learn about a person from reading several words they wrote.
Nobody Matters
It seems that people often don't get how important self-awareness is in order to lead an honest life in this world. Thankfully, there are some fellow humans who volunteer to educate them on the matter.
Let's just hope that the person behind the parking violation understands irony well enough and doesn't consider this note as their first piece of fan mail.
Thank You Note
This note has all the ingredients needed for a proper thank you note. There is the actual "thank you" opening, it specifies what the writer is thankful for, and it has a final greeting in the end. Perfect.
If we had to grade this note we would give it an A. If we had to grade the driver for their parking skills we would give them an F.
BMW State of Mind
BMW people are not like us common folk. Or at least that's what they like to think. The truth is that on the inside they are just as insecure as the next person, only with fatter wallets.
This note writer thought it would be cool to give one of those beemer bums a reality check.
New Year's Resolution
This year I will take better care of myself. This year I will make new friends. This year I will quit smoking. This year I will spend less time on social media. These are all great new year's resolution but we all know they are doomed to fail.
Parking lessons, however, sounds like a much more feasible resolution that would be good for the driver as well as the people around them.
